This was an action by the parents of a minor pedestrian, plaintiffs (appellants), against the operator and the owner of an automobile, defendants (appellees), to recover for the loss of services and for medical expenses due to the alleged negligent injury of their fifteen-year-old daughter. The court sustained the demurrers to plaintiffs' evidence on the ground that the minor was guilty of contributory negligence...
