This action was originally one to foreclose a mortgage held by The Foundation Savings & Loan Company. Prior to the filing of the action, Elaine R. Rosenbaum, appellant, had filed a divorce action against her husband, Burton L. Rosenbaum. In her petition for divorce, the appellant set forth and described the real estate in question.
