PER CURIAM.

This case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle with no driver's license.

From a conviction and sentence to ten days in jail on the offense charged the defendant has appealed to this court. Upon examination we find no error in the proceedings as shown by the transcript. The judgment is, therefore,
