PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged in a county attorney's information with operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Defendant plead guilty. He was sentenced to 90 days in County Jail or $300 fine and costs.

This appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. We have examined it and found no reversible error. The judgment is, therefore, affirmed.
