Crosby against his wife, Marjorie Rosen Crosby, by the filing of a petition in the district court of Shawnee County wherein he prayed for a divorce on grounds of habitual drunkenness and gross neglect of duty. The wife answered denying the charges and in a cross-petition asked for a divorce against her husband on grounds of extreme cruelty and...
