The superior court, after a jury trial, rendered judgment against appellant real estate brokers' claim for commissions in the amount of $50,000, arising from an exchange of ranch properties, which was induced by the buyer's fraudulent misrepresentations. The court instructed the jury that even if the brokers acted in good faith, the buyer's misrepresentations precluded their recovery.
