SULLIVAN, Justice.

This case arises upon appeal by the plaintiffs from a judgment for the defense entered after a directed jury verdict for the defendants. The plaintiffs protest that the presiding Justice erred in imposing the verdict. There was other error assigned by the plaintiffs which they have abandoned by their election not to prosecute it in their briefs.
