PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged, tried and convicted of the crime of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, in violation of Section 321.281, Code, 1958, I.C.A. From the judgment pronounced, he appeals. It comes before this court upon a clerk's transcript. We have examined the same and find no error.
