This action arose out of an automobile collision on July 7, 1956, at an uncontrolled intersection in Covington, Louisiana. The accident occurred at eleven in the morning. The plaintiff-appellee, Mrs. Lura Mode Harrington, was driving north on State Highway No. 21 that goes from Madisonville to Covington but is known as Tyler Street in residential Covington. The insured, Mrs. Katherine M. Favrot, was approaching from the south on 17th Street...
