1. It is elementary that medical services furnished to a minor child are classified as necessaries. McCarter v. McCarter, 10 Ga.App. 754 (74 S. E. 308), and Buhler v. Cohn, 31 Ga.App. 463 (120 S. E. 785). This court also recognizes the fact that it is the duty of a father to provide for the maintenance, protection, and education of his child. See Code § 74-105...
