The chief question in this case, which grows out of a collision between a tractor-trailer and a passenger car, is whether or not the plaintiff-appellant, owner of the passenger car, was entitled to a specific instruction to the jury based upon the great size and weight of the tractor-trailer and its lesser maneuverability. Such a specific instruction was requested, but was not given. The case was submitted to the jury...
