Hal Jones and four other residents and taxpayers of Washington County filed a Complaint in Circuit Court for the use and benefit of themselves and all other taxpayers in said County against A. B. Capers, d/b/a A. B. Capers Co., Inc., and Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company. (For the purposes of this opinion we may and will consider A. B.
