This is an appeal from the dismissal by the Court of Common Pleas No. 1 of Philadelphia County of appellants' preliminary objections to appellee's amended complaint in equity. In his amended complaint the appellee, Samuel Wax, who earned his livelihood as a mailer,1 alleges that he was a member in good standing of the appellant International Mailers Union (International) from 1915 to August 31...
