Inc., and McCoy's insurer, the Employers Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd., to recover $28,675.23, plus interest and attorneys' fees, as damages sustained by it allegedly as a result of McCoy's default on a subcontract with Keller to install part of the sewerage system for a housing subdivision situated near Lake Pontchartrain in the city of New Orleans, constructed...
