This is an appeal from the disapproval of the supervisors of Whitemarsh Township to a proposed subdivision of a tract of land containing approximately 63 acres. On November 4, 1959, the land was sold by the Disstons to the Costellos. The buyers proposed to subdivide the tract into lots that are 25,000 square feet...
