Newman, his wife, hereinafter called "petitioners," requiring the Director of the Bureau of Adoptions to produce before this court Ruby Lee Newman who, by the petition, was shown to be the daughter of the petitioners and who was detained by said Bureau of Adoptions, hereinafter called the "bureau."1
