This action is to set aside an order of the Interstate Commerce Commission, hereinafter referred to as Commission, denying authority for the purchase by plaintiff Navajo of certain operating rights of the plaintiff Strickland. Five motor carriers and one rail carrier have intervened on the side of the defendants.
