In count I of an information defendants Arthur Lee Hurst and Anniece Jones were accused of unlawfully having heroin in their possession on May 18, 1959. In count II they were accused of unlawfully having marijuana in their possession on the same date. The court, sitting without a jury, found them guilty on both counts.
