The claim herein originally was in the name of Leon Tommy Gallinger, an infant over the age of 14 years, by his guardian ad litem, Leon Gallinger, and Leon Gallinger. By motion No. 5083, duly made before this court, the claim was amended to read "Leon Tommy Gallinger and Leon Gallinger, claimants", the said Leon Tommy Gallinger having attained his majority.
