Ernest Armstrong was accused of robbery in the first degree and entered a plea of not guilty to the charge. Prior to defendant's entry of his plea, pursuant to a motion by the county attorney, the court entered its order substituting the name of Ernest Armstrong for the name of Richard Roe.
