About 5:10 P. M., Monday, February 13, 1956, a collision occurred at the intersection of North Boulevard and St. Charles Street in the City of Baton Rouge between a 1947 Kaiser automobile driven by William E. Dennison, plaintiff, and a 1950 Ford driven by Stanley J. Lessard, as a result of which the plaintiff and his 3 year old daughter Sharon, a guest passenger in his car, received injuries.
