This is an appeal from a final judgment entered on the verdict of a jury in favor of the plaintiff, Violet F. Bishop, and against the garnishee, Maryland Casualty Company,1 in the sum of $10,- 000.00, and from the order denying the garnishee's motion for entry of judgment and alternative motion for new trial.
