This is an action for damages arising out of a motor vehicle collision which occurred in Jefferson Davis Parish on February 25, 1958. The suit was instituted by Warren Hoffpauir, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor daughter, and by Mrs. Dolores Broussard Hoffpauir, against Maxiel Bertrand and his public liability insurer, Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company.
