Cross (hereinafter referred to as the claimant), to recover compensation for an alleged accidental back injury sustained on May 16, 1959, against Wichita Compressed Steel Company, Inc., his employer (hereinafter referred to as the respondent), and its insurance carrier, Bituminous Casualty Corporation.
