This action was instituted by about 450 "citizens, taxpayers and patrons" as a class action against the Webster County Board of Education and its several members to enjoin the consolidation of high schools of the county and the incurrence of debt for the cost of erecting a central building. The defendants raised issues necessary for the adjudication and entered a counterclaim for a declaration of rights in respect to the proposed proceedings...
