On exceptions. These actions were brought to recover for personal injuries sustained by Iris Lawrence, infant daughter of Leslie Lawrence, and for hospital and medical expenses incurred as a result of said injuries. They were tried together at the September Term, 1958 of the Superior Court, within and for the County of Aroostook. After all the evidence was in and all parties had rested, the defendant moved for directed verdicts. The motions were denied...
