August 6, 1956, the superior court granted a divorce to both parties. Among other things, it awarded to the wife (a) the care, custody, and control of the parties' minor son, with visitation rights to the husband; (b) the sum of $100 per month for the support of their minor son; and (c) the house and furnishings located at 12018 Linden Avenue, Seattle, Washington.
