This is a suit by the named beneficiary to recover the death benefit, with penalties, on a Missouri life insurance contract issued under the Stipulated Premium Plan by the defendant company. A jury was waived. The case was tried on a stipulation of facts with some documentary exhibits. The trial court made its findings of fact, conclusions of law, and entered judgment for the defendant.
