PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by County Attorney's information of the crime of false drawing of a check in violation of Section 713.3 of the 1958 Code of Iowa, I.C.A., and was convicted thereof by a plea of guilty. Judgment and sentence were rendered, and defendant appealed.

The case comes to us upon a clerk's transcript of the record and, having examined the same, we find no error and therefore affirm the judgment.
