This is an appeal from an order revoking probation and imposing sentence of ten years for the offense of robbery by assault.

On November 5, 1954, appellant was convicted in the Criminal District Court of Bexar County upon a plea of guilty to the offense of robbery by assault and his punishment assessed at 10 years confinement in the penitentiary.
