This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction on three counts of armed robbery.

In an information filed in Los Angeles County the appellant was charged with four counts of robbery in violation of the provisions of section 211 of the Penal Code. Counts I, II and III had to do with offenses which occurred on July 21, 1958. Count IV had to do with an offense committed on August 16, 1958.
