The plaintiff was injured on December 17, 1955, when a truck he was operating on route 17 in Glastonbury was struck in the rear by a truck operated by the defendant John S. Bruno, an employee of the named defendant, which had leased the truck from the defendant Truck Leasing Company, Inc.
