This case poses the issue of the validity of an amendment to the charter of the City and County of Denver adopted May 24, 1965, by a substantial vote of the people. It deals with the regulation and support of parks and improvements in the city. The basis of the challenge to the amendment is the contention that the title of the amendment, as submitted to the citizens of the city, contained reference to several unrelated subjects.
