This is a suit by Smoky Mountains Beverage Company, plaintiff, against Anheuser-Busch, Incorporated, defendant —and for brevity purposes the plaintiff will hereafter at times be referred to as Smoky Mountains and the defendant as Anheuser-Busch, and whenever and wherever Royal Crown Bottling Company is used it will be referred to as Royal Crown—to recover damages for breach of contract relating to a beer distributorship operation...
