This is a tort action by husband and wife originally instituted against Continental Southern Lines, Inc., the owner of a Trailways bus which was involved in a collision with a bus owned by the Baton Rouge Bus Company on which the plaintiff Addie O'Conner was a passenger. The original petition recites that about 11 o'clock a. m. July 17, 1959 the Baton Rouge bus was traveling north on St. Louis Street in the city of Baton Rouge, a main right-of-way...
