The question presented is: Does Title 12 U.S.C.A. § 94,1 give a national bank, regardless of the provision of the Texas Venue Statutes, especially the provisions of Article 21.28, Section 4(f)2 of the Insurance Code, the right to have an action against it tried in the county of its domicile...
