Plaintiff, Robert Craft, obtained a verdict and judgment in the Circuit Court of Braxton County, against Inland Mutual Insurance Company, for $2,600, the cause of action being based on provisions of an insurance policy alleged to have been issued by defendant to plaintiff, insuring against damages resulting to an automobile owned by plaintiff, the automobile having been practically destroyed in a collision subsequent to the alleged issuance of the policy...
