These proceedings concern an order of the Labor Board involving the discharge of eleven employees of the petitioner company. The Board found the request for the discharge and the discharge to be in violation of Section 8(a) (1), (a) (3), (b) (1) (A), and (b) (2) of the Act.1 It ordered the company and the union to cease and desist from the activities of which complaint had been made, and also to reinstate the discharged...
