This is an appeal taken by the County of Cook from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Cook County striking a petition of the County of Cook to vacate a summary judgment of that court in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants, West Highland Savings and Loan Association and Mid-City National Bank of Chicago.
