The plaintiff, Wilson, appeals from a judgment entered upon a verdict for the defendant, Overbey, in an action for personal injuries arising out of an automobile intersection collision.

Wilson was a passenger in an automobile driven by one Harris. There is no issue of contributory negligence, and the principal question before the trial court was whether the negligence, if any, of Overbey...
