FAIRCHILD, J.

Sec. 72.01, Stats., imposes a tax upon any transfer of property or interest therein or income therefrom in the cases set forth in the subsections. Sub. (3) (b) specifies the case: "When a transfer is of property, made without an adequate and full consideration in money or money's worth . . . by . . . gift, intended to take effect in possession or enjoyment at or after the death of the . . . donor, . . ."
