On January 29, 1953, one Harry Hittman was the owner of an automobile involved in an accident with the above-named plaintiff, Ignatius Francis Bash. At the time of the accident, the vehicle in question was being operated by William Dougherty, 15 years of age and an unlicensed driver, he having been permitted to drive the vehicle by Joan Hittman, daughter of the owner, also 15 years of age and an unlicensed operator.
