Plaintiff, a farmer by occupation, brought this suit claiming damages in the sum of Two Million Dollars for the alleged misappropriation by defendants, Ford Motor Company (Ford) and Dearborn Motors Corporation (Dearborn), of his original ideas and designs for a corn picker.
