In the hearing below the plaintiff excepted only to the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and the signing of the judgment, in his notice of appeal to this Court.

The plaintiff, however, concedes in his brief that the findings of fact are supported by the evidence. But he contends that the conclusions of law are not supported by the findings of fact. Therefore, we have before us nothing more than an exception to the judgment. Such an exception...
