By this action plaintiff seeks to recover of his former principal and its insurer workmen's compensation as for total and permanent disability because of accidental injuries allegedly sustained September 24, 1954, at which time he was engaged as a logging contractor loading logs from skidways onto railroad cars for shipment to his principal's mill.
