The plaintiff failed to amend after the court sustained a demurrer to his amended declaration, judgment in favor of defendants for costs was entered, and the plaintiff appeals.

The amended declaration alleges that the plaintiff was injured on August 4, 1957, while standing on Biddle Street in Baltimore when he was struck by an automobile driven by a thief who had stolen it from the used car lot of the defendants...
