This is an action by the plaintiff, Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, arising out of its turkey financing program in northwest Arkansas for the years 1958 and 1959. The plaintiff seeks to recover on two notes executed by the defendant, R. C. Paull, and representing the loss incurred in 1958 by Paull individually and by the Poor Boy Feed Company, a joint venture, composed of Paull and Louis Flentge, in the turkey operations...
