Dandridge, hereinafter referred to as petitioner, filed a petition with the Clerk of this Court seeking discharge from his confinement at the New Jersey State Prison Farm at Rahway, New Jersey, invoking the jurisdiction of this Court pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. § 2241.
