Appellant, Beatrice Benson, pursuant to section 2801 of the Labor Code, filed this action for personal injuries against her employer, Adelaide Brady, the respondent herein. This appeal is from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of the respondent. The only contentions on appeal are that the trial court erred in its instructions to the jury on the effect of contributory negligence and the doctrine of comparative negligence.
