This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for personal injuries which plaintiff sustained as a result of a collision between defendant's truck and plaintiff's auto.

The accident occurred on November 14, 1954, at approximately 3:30 p.m., just inside the city limits of the town of Jordan, Montana. The legal speed limit within the Jordan City limits is 25 miles per hour. The plaintiff...
